As the primary point of contact for our customers, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring they receive exceptional support, clear advice, and a seamless experience from start to finish.

Your Role at Treeton Auto Services
In this role, you aren’t just booking in cars, you are the bridge between our customers and our technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and provide clear explanations of required repairs.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure jobs are completed on time.
- Manage parts ordering, stock control, and provide accurate job quotes/estimates.
- Upsell additional services based on vehicle health while maintaining customer trust.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain detailed service records.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven customer service background, preferably in an automotive environment.
- Basic mechanical understanding is highly desirable to help answer customer queries.
- Strong organisational abilities, excellent communication, and confident cash handling.
- A positive, “can-do” attitude and a commitment to building long-term customer relationships.
