Payment Plan
At Treeton Auto Services we understand that sometimes unexpected bills can be really difficult to pay for. For this reason we have partnered with Payment Assist, giving our customers the chance to pay their bills through a payment plan, meaning you only pay a percentage of your total invoice up front.
How does Payment Assist work?*
Payments are taken by a Recurring Card Payment Authority through Payment Assist, a deposit of the total bill via will be paid when setting up your payment plan and will be followed by more equal payments to Payment Assist. We offer 4, 6, 10 or 12 months instalments.
Am I eligible for the Payment Assist Finance?*
Eligibility is subject to your circumstances.
Minimum requirements for eligibility are:
- Be 18 years or older
- Have a valid mobile telephone number and email address
- Have a UK home address
- Have a valid UK based Debit card
- Not be registered in the Insolvency Register
Is there a credit check? Is it a soft or hard credit check?*
There is a credit check on finance up to £1000, over £1000 there will be a hard credit check.
Do I have to pay interest?*
No, Payment Assist won’t charge you any interest.
Can I change the payment date?*
Yes, to change your payment date you will have to contact Payment Assist directly. You can do this via email on admin@paymentassist.co.uk or phone on 01664 509 151.
Can I pay in full early?*
Yes, you will have to contact Payment Assist directly. You can do this via email on phone on 01664 509 151.
How do I know if my credit agreement has started?*
Once you have completed the link that is sent to you will receive an email confirming it is set up which will include a schedule of your loan payments.
Can I have more than one payment plan?*
It is possible to have more than one plan running at once providing the amounts are below the merchants limits otherwise a credit check would be required. Please ensure any finance you take is affordable and be aware of how missed payments can affect your credit rating as well as incur additional charges.
